The POLO MULTIMODAL PECÉM is a 100% private acquired land in the most strategic areas located at the rear of the harbour, in proximity of the logistics and industrial park of Port of Pecém. With an area over 20 million m², the Polo Multimodal project has a natural infrastructure facing the highway BR-222 with railway, energy and optical fiber included.
